This must be one of my favorite bands from Finland. Not that I know many of 'em but it should count for something nevertheless.
And I can say to you upfront that this album should have been released in the beginning of the summer instead of at the prolonged end of it. 'More Senseless Random Behaviour' is a prime example of a feel-good album that can make even the rainiest summer day look bright! But hey, it can work its magic just as well this fall!
Anyway, Vanity Ink have gained some experience touring, gotten around to some nifty songwriting and the result of this is the logical follow-up to their sophomore effort, only slightly better. The rocking rocks harder & the quiet moments are more soothing, which makes for a more balanced & layered platter.
Everything I told before -
http://www.rockreport.be/review.asp?id=1718 - still stands but with a simply better album, an extra axe-wielder in the ranks and a change of record company to the infamous Swedmetal, it looks like the planets have indeed lined up for Vanity Ink. (

Metal Mark
Unfortunately, Vanity Ink is a pretty weak link in the chain compaired to ALL the compitition out there. Some highlights are Smell The Party, Rolling Stones and Everybodymoveeverybodygethurt, but like I said, compaired to other bands in the genre, Vanity Ink doesn't leave much of a mark (stain?)
