Sorry guys, not crazy for this album there a few moments, but few and far between

What is wrong with you ? I agree with Wolf 359. Don't compare this with Ayreon. You should judge it on its own merits. It's a fabulous album, great songs, great solos, excellent production and great packaging (InsideOut is the best).

WOLF 359 (on 23/04/12)

Again why compare this album with the stuff he has done before? If you have read any of his recent interviews, this album is very different from his Ayreon, Star One etc albums, and was done so deliberately. Arjen is a consummate musician who has once again made an album that needs a lot of time to get to know and enjoy 'LITNR' should not be compared to his other work because apart from a couple of drummers and a small ensemble orchestra, Arjen has written, played and produced everything you hear, which is no mean feat.
After a lot of play throughs I find that I am really enjoying this solo album and I am frustrated that again people seem to want to compare musicians/acts new works with what has gone before, which usually is very counterproductive.

ohh no....don't expect the same that he has done before.....me don't like this at all....maybe 4 good songs out of 20...and that's not good in my book.
maybe it's a soundtrack?????????????
