Info

Since the band’s formation in 2005, Tinyfish have forged a unique and uncompromising path within the progressive genre. Recorded in Katowice, Poland on the 16th of February 2009, this DVD captures the band in their element and features material from a trilogy of albums (Tinyfish, Curious Things and The Big Red Spark). Packed with interviews, photos and a special 25 minute documentary about Tynyfish, “One Night On Fire” is the DVD that every fan of the band should own. (Info taken from the inlay)

  Plus

    Minus

• For some it might be a bit too early to already release a DVD after having released only two CDs, but as an introduction – I didn’t know about this UK progrock band – it’s more than OK.
• What makes Tinyfish different from other UK progrock bands, is the lack of keyboards. The result: a quite unique sound!
• Almost anything Tinyfish has recorded in the past, passes in review here, but not all of their songs ar equally strong.
• As always with Metal Mind: great sound and vision quality.
• Interesting interview.
• Conclusion: a good DVD, nothing more, nothing less!
  • No real minor points.
