Since the bands formation in 2005, Tinyfish have forged a unique and uncompromising path within the progressive genre. Recorded in Katowice, Poland on the 16th of February 2009, this DVD captures the band in their element and features material from a trilogy of albums (Tinyfish, Curious Things and The Big Red Spark). For some it might be a bit too early to already release a DVD after having released only two CDs, but as an introduction I didnt know about this UK progrock band its more than OK.
What makes Tinyfish different from other UK progrock bands, is the lack of keyboards. The result: a quite unique sound!
Almost anything Tinyfish has recorded in the past, passes in review here, but not all of their songs ar equally strong.
As always with Metal Mind: great sound and vision quality.
